About the Event
The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines will host a breakfast briefing that will invite key stakeholders to discuss critical developments in Water Management and Disaster Risk Reduction. The event will invite the commissioner from the Climate Change Commission, a government agency for managing water related disasters. Furthermore, Royal HaskoningDHV, a Dutch company that tackles sustainable infrastructure projects, will present on the "Building with Nature"- principles from the Netherlands on water-management practices that do not rely solely on hard infrastructure. Lastly, an expert from BDO will provide insights into financing opportunities for such initiatives.
The objective of this event is to link attendees and the government with upcoming tenders/projects in the water sector, explore avenues for private-sector engagement, and to discuss best-practices in doing business with Dutch companies.
