About the Event
The Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines Young Professionals Network, together with Spot On Learning, are happy to announce the webinar ‘Building Long Lasting Business Relationships Across Cultures’.
Members of DCCP have been traditionally successful in building strong business relationships between people from the Philippines and the Netherlands and embracing the different strengths of both countries and its entrepreneurial people.
When building business relationships across cultures we sometimes encounter different preferences in how we communicate and what we consider ‘normal’. Cultural experts have found ways to analyze and understand differences that have their origin in different cultural backgrounds. Understanding cultural differences better, helps us become more cross-culturally competent and successful in building long lasting international business relationships.
In the webinar by DCCP and Spot On Learning renowned expert and author Esther Janssen speaks about how people from Dutch and Philippines backgrounds tend to have different ways of communicating when first meeting and different ways to build trust. Participants in the webinar will learn what is needed to establish long lasting international business relationships and embrace cultural diversity.
We are looking forward to meeting you online to discuss the challenges of bridging cultures and building strong relationships between Filipino and Dutch colleagues and partners.
